We love when we get to work on really cool custom projects, and this barn door project is one of them! A client came into the warehouse and wanted us to take 2 plain pine barn doors and give them character for their new home.
We came up with many, many, many options for them to choose from for finish since this was such a statement piece in their home.
Christina + I tackled these bad boys together; they were HUGE! We ended up doing a French Linen Chalk Paint wash, then applying Annie Sloan dark wax. We worked up a sweat with the waxing, but they turned out gorgeous.
