This past fall I took my deceased grandmothers sewing desk to be freshened up. The paint job came back very nice. I paid around $300. When I unwrapped the desk, unfortunately the handle was missing. When I got a hold of SP staff they did not know which handle was mine so they sent me pictures to tell them. Then they put it in the mail. Unfortunately, it never came. When I reached back out, they let me know that they did not send it via a trackable package so there is no way to verify where it might be. They offered to buy me a handle on Amazon, which I admit made me a bit upset. They have said they will do something to make up for this but I never heard back and it’s been over a month. I share this review just to help prevent such happenings in the future.
Kelly recently refinished a dresser for us and it turned out exactly how I wanted! She was communicative about the details before and during the process, and turnaround was pretty quick. She even provided recs on someone to help with delivery and drop-off. Very happy with the end product!
