I was so excited when Laura from Events In The City contacted me about this super cool joint (Husband & wife) birthday party. Laura visited our warehouse (this was before we even had the cottage) and we selected items that fit the boho chic theme. At the last minute, I threw in a few extras like the peacock chairs that added just a bit more character for the event. One of the things I loved was the use of our vintage oriental rugs to bring that cozy feel outdoors. Here are some fabulous images of this one-of-a-kind event.

Hosting a 41st Birthday soiree seems kind of random to most people, however, when you are as busy and fabulous as Kathryn Martin; it’s perfect timing. The backyard was adorned with beautiful flowers and guests were treated to a performance by Tuba Skinny, a band that Kathryn brought in from New Orleans to entertain everyone with their Louisiana charmed southern ragtime jazz.
