My all-time favorite color in our Chalk Paint by Annie Sloan line is Aubusson Blue. I think it is a sophisticated color that add depth and character. Here are a couple pieces we painted in straight out of the can Aubusson blue.
I really love mixing Aubusson and so I wanted to share with you a few recipes, Annie recommends Old White and Aubusson to make a lovely color called Stockholm.
Add 8 parts of Old White to 1 part of Aubusson Blue to make STOCKHOLM, a sophisticated deep grey-blue found in traditional Swedish decoration.
I really love mixing Florence with Aubusson (50/50).
