I’m beat; today has been a super long day filled with shopping, hauling, setting, etc., but I wanted to just give a shout-out to my fabulous mom. She just got back from vacation and has already spent 2 days “working” with me. I’m not sure you can call it work when she doesn’t get paid, and my idea of feeding her is an iced tea from Luckett's fridge and some peanut M&M’s. I started hauling at about 8 am this morning, picked up Mom at 9:30 am, and we got home about 8 pm…long day. Mom, you are such a trooper; I couldn’t do it without you! Thank you!
On to First Friday news….tomorrow is First Friday in Falls Church, so Stifel & Capra will be open until 8 pm! Come have a glass of wine and shop. I am out of clear wax at the shop (the shipment is late due to an evacuation in New Orleans), but hopefully I’ll get some in tomorrow at some point; if not, it will be stocked asap {sorry}.
Also, other big news: Stifel & Capra is now open until 6 pm Monday – Saturday! Some pics of the treasures in the downstairs area of the shop can be found on Facebook, but here is a look.
