They are both fabulous products but very different so this is a great way to learn about both of them, paint with them, and see which one is right for your next project! Jolie Matte Paint is the premier decorative paint on the market. It requires no priming and no sanding. General Finishes Paint may require a bit more prep, however; it’s a nice modern-looking paint line.
