This weekend we are offering our Basic Furniture Painting Class at our warehouse in Falls Church, VA. We have just a couple of spots left in the class. Be sure to register online or in the shop. If this month's class doesn’t work for you we will be announcing our March class next week.
FURNITURE PAINTING BASICS CLASS – Introduction to our two lines of furniture paint: Chalk Paint by Annie Sloan & Miss Mustard Seed Milk Paint. These two paint lines have unique characteristics and this class will allow you to play with each one and experience firsthand the mixing and application process. When you complete this class, you will be ready to tackle your furniture transformation projects at home!
This is a two-hour class in our Rough Luxe warehouse location in Falls Church, just down the street from our retail store. We will cover:
– Paint application techniques for both lines: Chalk Paint + MMS Milk Paint
– One- and two-color application
– Wax application, both clear & dark
– Wax buffing
– Distressing for an aged look
You don’t need to bring anything with you, just your creativity!
