As I mentioned before, I am really trying to embrace the holiday spirit this year. Mom was going to be a total grinch and not have a tree! We solved that problem and went to Meadow Farms and threw one in the back of Ira! Now she has a beautiful tree. Here is a picture of it and a little look at her gorgeous home. Yes, this is where I was raised…traditional, authentic antiques EVERYWHERE!
As a part of the holiday spirit mom, Mom, Dad, and I decided to take a trip out to Middleburg, VA. We just adore this little town and figured it would be the perfect setting for our holiday festivities. I, of course, forgot my good camera, so everything is shot with the iPhone (bummer).
We decided to eat at the famous Red Fox Inn. It was all decorated for the holidays with Christmas music and everything…plus the food was amazing!
Mom took a picture of Dad and me in front of the restaurant, and I look like death, but it’s a great pic of him.
After a yummy lunch, we strolled around the town and looked in all the shops. I found this new shop I just loved called Betsey clothes with Moxie.
And then we found this little gallery tucked up above a bank. There was this amazing collage that I just adored.
I hope you can take a little trip to Middleburg, VA, and enjoy the idyllic setting. Happy Holidays!
