Just like the Old Fashioned Milk Paint, Milk and Chalk Paint™, I feel that this wonderful premixed water-based “milk paint” offers something special. I fell in love with the Lamp Black from General Finishes {GF} when I was introduced to it by Cassie from Primitive & Proper.
She did an amazing desk in black, and I immediately had to order some of the paint and test it. GF milk paint comes in a can {pint/quart}, and they offer 20 beautiful colors. It can be applied directly from the can to your work piece with a synthetic or foam brush; or applied using an HVLP or conventional sprayer. Milk Paint is UV resistant and is suitable for both interior and exterior furniture. Follow with our glaze effects for a distressed or antiqued look.
