For those of you out there that follow along that have dreams of opening your own little business I’m keepin’ it real today! A look inside a very typical Saturday or Sunday at my house. I love having my own business and have had my business consulting business for coming on 3 years now {can’t believe it’s been that long!}.
But this business is physically demanding more so than I expected. I love it and wouldn’t trade it for the world, but the days I do my traditional business consulting work it feels like luxury sitting at a desk and not driving around hauling furniture, painting furniture, and then hauling again:-).
I took a few candid shots of my mom {COO of Stylish Patina} and my hubby helping me tag paint, etc., to then be shipped out and loaded into the shop/the barn.
I have some really exciting things going on right now and hope to be able to share some of them with you shortly. One is a rebranding effort that I have been working on for a couple of months and will be released here shortly…this is the stuff I love to do and that I do with my consulting clients. Here is a little glimpse….
