For those of you following the Real Estate Market, I wanted to share with you the recent May 2020 stats released from NVAR. The inventory of available homes is low due to COVID-19; this is pushing sale prices in certain areas up.
It is a challenging time with the pandemic; however, it is also a great time to buy since the rates are so low and to sell because there isn’t much inventory, so homes are getting top dollar.
