Today we are sharing a product spotlight on the blog. We have so many “made in the USA” amazing products that I wanted to start highlighting them. Today, I wanted to introduce you to Rewined candles, made in one of my favorite cities, Charleston, South Carolina. I went to college at The College of Charleston, so this town holds a special place in my heart.
Not only is there a scent for everybody in the Rewind candle line, but the backstory for the company is so neat! It all started with a guy working in a restaurant in Charleston who noticed an excess of wine bottles being thrown away. Thus, he was inspired to repurpose them to create a line of candles whose scents are inspired by the wines they are created from. He began selling them in the city markets of Charleston and has since expanded the brand and created new scents. The idea of taking something old, cleaning it up, and giving it a new purpose is something we love doing at Stylish Patina, which is why we are so happy to carry their line.
With the leaves finally deciding to change and the weather feeling slightly more Fall-ish, it finally feels like the right time to light our Spiked Cider Rewined candles. (All though, to be honest, they smell so good we’d happily burn them year-round.) It’s also that time when one holiday runs into the next. Whether it’s a Halloween party or a Thanksgiving dinner, Rewined candles really are one of our favorite gifts to give and receive. Although the Spiked Cider seasonal candle is the perfect way to spread some Fall love, their candles come in so many different scents to choose from. The Champagne + Merlot scents seem to be amongst some of our best sellers!
