This week’s tip of the week comes to us straight from Annie Sloan, or more specifically, Annie’s son Felix. When we came across it on her Instagram a while back, we loved it so much that we knew we had to share it!
Felix was refinishing this dresser, which held a lot of sentimental value for his children’s room at their home in Oxford, England. He painted it in Chalk Paint® in Old Violet, but it’s his idea of outlining the drawers in Cream that we really fell for! It’s such a subtle extra detail that brings so much life to this piece! It was sealed with Clear Wax for added protection!
