Let's see what is on the market this week that could be interesting! I was poking around in the Mantua (Fairfax) area, which is just outside of the beltway but not by much. Pro’s of this area: It’s close to the Mosaic District, bigger lots, a bit more for your money, nice mature trees. I also grabbed a few in the N. Arlington area. The prices are higher, but folks rave about the community, schools, and proximity to EVERYTHING.
